Please help! 3 polish, 1 sultan: Roos or hens? (Lots of pics)

I have 4 chicks that I need sexed. We can't have Roos and I am worried all might be Roos. I am posting pics of all 4. I'd appreciate expert opinions. Thanks!

Chick #1 - smallest and fairly standoffish

Chick #2: fastest to grow, one of biggest and boldest. Will peck me and has kicked me with its feet

Chick #3 - turned out to be a sultan. Not smallest but not as big as 2 others.

Chick #4 - also biggest and boldest, more standoffish then the blue one

Last one looks like a cockerel for sure. How old are they?

Im no expert but my two boys had bigger and redder wattles by that age. To me look like girls and maybe the last one is a boy?
