Please help - 5 week old chick Cocci

I have 5 week old chicks that I recently moved to transition coop...still with supplemental heat due to temps in 50s. Noticed yesterday one abnormal poop, now this morning one chick lethargic and multiple bloody stools in sleeping area. Chicks have all been on medicated feed since 1 week, is it ok to give Corid? I assume I need to treat all 9 even though the rest act ok as of right now.
Please advise if I can do this and what dosage?

Thank you, just started the rest of the chicks on it, unfortunately the really sick one passed away. Hopefully the meds will help, others seem ok right now.
