Please help, 8 week mallard won't stop pecking the new duckling!

I got a 6 week Mallard/Wood mix today and my older one won't stop pecking and chasing it! What do I do, other than interfering as much as possible?

The older ones also pick on the newbies ..It will take some time to get use to each other..They should come friends..I had trouble with my 6 baby mallards putting them in with the adult females the chased them around pecked them, ran them out of the pool, only lasted a few days and they are now all best friends ....

They never hurt them but just being bullies...

If you give them a bath in a baby pool, you have to be careful. Sometimes the big ones step on the little ones and inadvertently drowns them!
