Not really during this time of year, unfortunately ... when it’s in the 20’s I’ll open a door by their run. It’s 9 degrees out right now, but 18 degrees inside the stable.

No there are no windows.
there are four doors that I leave open weather permitting... and three huge tractor doors, that I leave one open weather permitting. But weather permitting, they are outside in a 25x75 open grass run. We have about three feet of snow right now. Should I leave doors open when it’s so cold and 10 degrees warmer in the stable?

Well, you have lots of space, could use some sight blocking 'clutter'.
