Is she otherwise acting okay?
Facial injuries bleed a lot.
You need to get her cleaned up and get a look at where she is bleeding from. Wash the area with warm soap and water and rinse well. Flush it with a bit of dilute Betadine if you have that to disinfect it or spray it with Vetericyn if you have that or something similar. Try to get all the blood off her feathers.
If it is still actively bleeding you can first apply pressure to it for a few minutes with a sterile gauze. If that doesn't stop it or at least slow it down, apply styptic powder or cornstarch to the wound.
Post a picture when you get her cleaned up. It sounds like she'll be fine.
