Sounds like she's stabilized a bit - just keep an eye out for laboured breathing or changes in skin color that could be attributed to lack of oxygen. Is there a rattle when she breathes or any further nasal discharge? Is she still coughing or 'frothing'?
It could be that there was an obstruction and she's cleared it, but that it did aggravate her throat and the lump you're feeling is from swelling in the area.

She isn't coughing or spittling anynore, however she is still acting a little lethargic still- could just be that she exhausted from coughing?

Cheers, if it was big enough to get stuck in her throat, then it may get stuck on the way out. Maybe offer a bit of sterile sand as grit to help crush whatever it was down.
I see your post on the pooping issues and maybe popping the temps up a tad or offering a covered hot water bottle in the evening might help. I have a 6 week old in for triage at the moment and am offering the latter as supplemental heat, which has been received well. Remember, their ideal body temp is higher than ours and those tiny bodies can lose heat very quickly.
