Please help ASAP

We are so excited. We have 3/3 eggs pipped. The first had a little triangle of shell missing, membrane showing and a tiny hole. At 12pm it was cheeping away. It's not made any progress and is no longer cheeping. I can hear quiet, sporadic rustles. Do I need to help it? Is it dying? Or do I leave it?

Another is pecking away and has gone round 1/4 of the shell and is cheeping.

The third has cracked the shell (no shell missing, no membrane showing) and is cheeping away.

What do I do with the now quiet one- it was the first to make a hole and was cheeping away 4.5hrs ago, but no progress and has gone quiet, except for the occasional rustle????

1 has just hatched!!! We (me and the kids) are so excited!

We have triplets!!!

We helped #2 out of its shell. It was breathing lightly and limp for a while whereas #1 was immediately on its feet. BUT after 3.5hrs, #1 was a beautiful little ball of fluff and we gave poorly chick some sugary water. By now #3 had nearly zipped. Withing 30 mins #3 had hatched and was on its wobbly little feet and so was poorly #2!!!!! Yay. Everything crossed for a good night. I'm already in love
