please help duck egg hatching at wrong end

hi this is my first lot of welsh harlequin duck eggs all 4 pipped the early hours monday morning one at the small end .
2 have hatched the one that’s hatching at small end has made no progress at all so i chipped a bit of shell away it is cheeping but still not making progress i’m really worried about opening incubator to help be cause of the other hatching duckling but it has now been about 48 hours

How far hatched are the others? Just pipped yet or mostly out?

If there are no more in there pipped and are pretty much out of their shells, I'd intervene since it's been so long.

This article will help. I understand you not wanting to open the incubator though so see if you can get it out somehow. I've had a helper grab the egg fast while I opened that end of the incubator with a wad of damp paper towel in my hand, just enough for them to get their hand in and me to put that paper towel in there. It helps keep the humidity up.
