Please help! Baby chick weak, cannot balance

I have a three-day-old Pearl White Leghorn chick from McMurray Hatchery. She cannot walk and her head is wobbly, she is getting progressively weaker, but she will still drink if I dip her beak. Help please!

ok because that could make her/him weak, it blocks the poop from coming out and can lead to intestine eruption and kill your chick

You might consider giving her electrolytes, and you can get antibiotics at a feed store.

Can you give SaveAChick electrolytes, sugar water, or gatorade at room temperature and dip it’s beak as often as you can? What temperature is your brooder heat? Some chicks may suffer from shipping stress. Watch out for any others that are weak, get them drinking.

Thank you both for your help. I had tried to give her NutriDrench, SaveAChick probiotics, sugar water, scrambled egg, molasses, yogurt, egg, and moistened feed, but to no avail. She passed away last night. This was the third one we lost - all have been Pearl White Leghorns. I have one Leghorn left, who I just cleared pasty butt from - she had been as active as my other six, but now is starting to slow down. I don't have any more ideas. I hope the rest survive; aside from the devastation of losing chicks, we need the eggs.

Im so sorry! chicks do tend to get disease and there's nothing you can really do about it.
