Please Help! Baby is hatching and I'm freaking out!

I put a feather boa in with him so he could snuggle up to it. It's so cute to see his little face peeking out of the feathers!

I thinking he looks like an "Americana"
I got the eggs from the custodian at the school I work at and he doesn't know what kind of chickens he has but he said the rooster was much smaller then the hens.
