Scramble and egg and see if she will eat it. Also offer her some yogurt in a little bowl. You may also want to put some vitamins in her water. They have a little packet of vita mix for a couple of dollars that has vitamins and electrolytes in it that will help her.

My guess is the discoloration on the wattles will go away with time as she heals, it's just from all the trauma and swelling to that area. Her comb looks good though.
