Please help! Been trying to pinpoint what's going on but can't seem to find a for sure answer. Hen in distress, posting pics or video below

2-3 yr old easter egger, She's been acting off for a few days, not eating much, lethargic, was my top layer but has not laid now for several weeks/months? In that timeframe I've gave around of Valbazen (for worms), I've tried using Corrid, I've soaked her once in Epsom salt water in case egg bound... Also notice this morning that her vent keeps opening and closing acting like she's going to poop but nothing comes out!? I'm ready to pull my hair out so please any help will greatly be appreciated!!! These pictures were taken this morning and I feel like I need to take immediate action, no poultry vets around here...

Has she been molting recently? Her feathers look picked under her vent. Molting birds don’t eat well, and they stop laying, and may lie around. It also is a time when illnesses may show up and take advantage of their weakened state. Is her tail position low or up? What do her poops look like, and pictures are helpful. Feel of her crop and tell us if it is empty, full, firm, or squishy in the early morning. Crop disorders, reproductive infection, or worms can cause illness in hens. Look her over for any evidence of mites or lice. What are you feeding? Can you offer some cooked egg and some wet chicken feed? Consider worming her with Valbazen 1/2 ml orally and repeat in 10 days.

It is difficult to know for sure what is actually going on, but I had a similar scenario with a hen. In her case, it was egg peritonitis. I have another hen with occasional ascites. Both hens stopped laying. The hen with peritonitis died. My hen with ascites is still living & needs draining. There is no way to determine why these conditions happen, but they are not contagious. The do cause the hens discomfort & a shorter lifespan, that is the sad part.

Yes she's been molting, but what's got me so worried is her penguin stance and the fact her vent/hole keeps contracting like she's getting ready to poop but nothing comes out yet her vent keeps contracting??! I'm at the house fixing her some scrambled eggs right now, the other 2 girls she is with get along pretty well so I think the baldness around her butt is from molting and the new fuzz is coming out. What else should I do?

This!! Sounds exactly like my situation it's crazy!! (I didn't include all this went first describing the situation because I just wanted to describe what her symptoms were and see what everyone else had to say or recommend but I feel like this is probably the situation I'm dealing with unfortunately!! I've got a 2 yr old Sapphire Gem that stopped laying last year, after doing research endlessly and then her abdomen swelled up, called vet and he gave me some antibiotics which helped her for awhile but then she started acting sick again for awhile as I was feeling like I was going to have to drain her but then she started acting and feeling better again but no eggs (she has been going up and down for a few months) now my 3 yr old easter egger has the same symptoms but acting different in ways. I've never saw my other one or seen my Easter egger this bad, just standing almost straight up and down and her vent constantly contracting so I'm confused!!! She hardly has no poop cause she's not eating.

You could try giving her one dose of human calcium with vitamin D or a Tums, just in case she is trying to pass an egg. Hopefully she will eat some of the egg. Wet chicken feed mad fresh can help with getting more fluids into her. The penguin stance can be typical of either a reproductive disorder or egg binding. Can you feel of her crop before she eats? Let us know if it is full and firm or squishy, or empty. Chilled coconut oil cut into small pieces can be helpful if her crop is impacted. Offer it after her food though. Unfortunately, some chickens after the age of 3 can suffer from different conditions such as reproductive, crop, or even cancer.
