Please help can't get incubators up to temp

I have 18 fertilized eggs ready to be incubated & the longer they sit the less chance they'll hatch. It's been 4 days since I received the eggs. I have 2 incubators & both have been going for over 24 hours They both haven't got to temp yet. They are set at the temperature that's required. I don't want to raise the temperature because it'll kill them if it's too hot. Both incubators are doing this! I just don't know what to do. Is this normal? When I Google it - it seems you have to do it by the book and if you're off by one degree it's all over. This is my first time incubating eggs. I've tried two different thermometers & they come up at exactly the same humidity and temperature when I put them both in each incubator. Then I have a question about how the first incubator picturexrolls the egg.

They are reading celcius egg temp is good .. Never seen one like the first one

Yes. I have the Celsius temperature at 37.5 on both of them

Wrap the incubator in a towel, your container has no insulation. Once the temp adjust remove it or if you leave it make sure it safe to leave on for the duration.

Isn't that the right temp? Or is it set at that and not reaching it?
Are you using a good thermometer and it is saying your incubator is off? If so don't trust the incubator temp, raise it to what your proven thermometer says incubator thermometer temps are not always right.
Another thing is always keep your incubators in a room where temps do not vary much. Doesn't matter if it is a little bit colder room or a little bit warmer room as long as it is not near a outside door or changes temp much easier for incubator to maintain temp, even a closet with closed door helps.

Don’t worry if you are a couple degrees off. It shouldn’t matter too much. As long as the temp is within 3 degrees or so.
