Please Help! Chick injured by pecking

Blood under the skin would fell like a blister filled with fluid. Swelling in the tissue feels like fat skin. A leaking air sac feels like air under the skin. Is she acting alert or is she having trouble breathing. Will she drink from a cup or lid to her beak? I don’t think a vet could do more for her than you can.

Is is swelling like your skin would after an injury, or do you feel air under her skin?
I'm not sure about the air under the skin. The wounded area looks really red, like blood but more under the skin than gushing. Her feathers appear to be wet, I assumed because of bleeding

Is she breathing okay?
Her breathing appears to be ok. And she's not complaining much, just sleepy and wants to cuddle with the others. The others don't seem interested in her wound, but I will separate her if you all feel that is vital to her recovery. I just didn't want to stress her out by keeping her isolated.

Do you have electrolytes or SaveAChick to offer her in water?
I don't have any electrolytes on hand but I'm going to pick some up along with ointment as soon as my husband gets home with the car.

Sounds like a hematoma or just bad bruising. Hematoma is a blood collection under the skin and gradually goes away on own. Just make sure stops getting bigger.

Let her stay with the others as long as they are not pecking at the red. BluKote from Tractor Supply or Gentian Violet are good antiseptics to use to stain the wound blue to keep others from pecking it. There are other brands called Wound Kote as well. It stains skin and clothes.

I'll see where I can get some BluKote locally, the place I go didn't have it... Maybe Amazon? I did pick up some electrolytes and gave her about 2 sips. She doesn't want to drink or eat much at all, but she is eating a little so that's a good sign?
So far she seems ok, just resting a lot and not moving much, but she does get up to stretch every now and then. Her neck is not drying up so I'm wondering if she's still bleeding?

Again, I can't thank everyone enough for all your care and advice. I was a total mess! Thanks!

Is the neck oozing blood? If so need to wrap with gauze and vet wrap.

I really can’t tell. The feathers are wet but the fluid does not look red like blood. It’s almost as though there is clear fluid oozing. Maybe I should wrap it anyway just to be safe.

Be careful doing any wrapping since she is so tiny. I might just check it often with a tissue. It might be serum leaking from her swollen skin. I am glad that she is eating some. Keep adding water with electrolytes to a little bit of her chick crumles, and that will get more water into her. You might have luck finding gentian violet in a drug store or Walmart in the first aid aisle or the pharmacy. That is the purple part of BluKote. Here is a link for BluKote on Amazon:

::Update::
Thank you to everyone who helped! We are all really grateful for all the support we received :bow

A very special thanks to, @Eggcessive, @Melky @Chick-N-Fun

Our chick is doing better today. She's eating and drinking more and cannot wait to get in and play with her mates. She's still pretty lethargic, but has much more energy than yesterday. We kept her isolated last night and today, but hoping to pick up either BluKote or Gentian Violet tomorrow so we can send her back to her buddies. I may be wrong, but it looks like she's lost more feathers somehow? Maybe it's the Neosporin that makes it appear gone. Not sure.
Would giving her a full bath be a good idea? If so, what soap would you recommend or simply warm water?

Thanks again!
