Please HELP Chick just hatched .i think it is yolk not absorbed should i do somethingg

just hatched at 5:35 am Central time. and the bubble is still on the back end it is picking up small chips of egg shell from incubator floor I am concerned but do not know what to do for it. or if I should just let it be. I am sure this cannot be normal fully ready chick. Please Help!

Looks like his navel hasn't sealed up yet. Best thing to do for him is put some antibacterial ointment (one with no painkillers) on the spot and wait.

Chick heal extremely fast (like, it's practically a super power cause it's so fast!). Just keep a close eye on him and make sure he's nice and warm. Good luck!
