At the bottom of the page they have an illustration on how to bend the pipe cleaner...it's merely in the shape of how you want the foot to look and then you attach it to the toes and feet to help guide the toes into the normal pattern you want them to be in.
I just had the same problem a couple days ago!! But it is really easy to fix!! I just put a small piece of duct tape under his foot and separate the toes the right way!! Then I put another piece on top to keep them in place!! Its kindof like a little cast!! Mines feet were fixed in two days!!
