Please Help! chick with hard mass in back-end

I have a chick that is about 7 days old. It had pasty butt when I received it. I cleaned it's butt and have kept it clean. The back end is swelling and when it poops it lands on the bird's back-end because of the swelling. I felt it's abdomen and the one side is soft, but the other has large (considering size of chick) hard mass. It still runs and tries to stay away when I go to pick it up, but I feel like it is slowing down. It's poop is looser than the other chicks as well.

Can anything be done for this chick? Is it destined to die? I'll do what ever is necessary to save the chick.

Almost forgot, I've had the chick for 5 days, and like I said, it has had a clean hole for poop to pass.

Here are three pictues. I hope it helps. She's still active, but her last stool was clear/white. I'm think there is a blockage inside and she is not passing anything solid.
