PLEASE HELP! chicken can't stand

Hi, as of this morning my 4 month old Rhode Island red can't stand. She can move her legs but it's more like she can't balance. She's still very energetic and slides around.
She's very much on the slim side but has been since birth. Her eyes are bright, I can't see any bumps on the skin or parasites and her combs still pink. What should I do??

Can you post some pictures of her standing on the floor while being held up? Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Is she getting enough food and water?

I was a little off balance last night before going to bed. Woke up with a slight headache, was a little wobbly but a cup of coffee did the trick and I'm good as new now!

When did you last deworm her? Worms can lead to a variety of symptoms, for instance slow growth, disturbance of equilibrium, disorders of the nervous system, diarrhea, slow feathering/shaggy plumage etc.

Hey guys, thank you for all your responses. I took her to a vet and he confirmed mareks disease . We will have to put her down tomorrow... My other chicken is showing no symptoms but is very likely to have it too... Do I need to put her down too?

Out of curiosity, did they do a blood test to come to that diagnose, or was it strictly off of symptoms?

Sorry that I am just seeing your lastest post. Sorry that you had to put her down. If you should see any similar symptoms in the other chicken, be sure to contact your state poultry vet for a necropsy to actually do a test for Mareks. There are other possibilities for imbalance and lameness. Hopefully, the other one will be fine.
