So her crop was empty this morning?
If she is drinking lots of water, I would still re-check the crop again in the morning to make sure it's empty again.

Chick Starter will not hurt her, if that's what she will eat it's fine. Provide her access to oyster shell free choice.

She’s not eating grit. Maybe because she’s only 7 inches tall? What should I do? Thanks

Just have the grit available if she needs it. Is it granite poultry grit? With her tail down, she could be suffering from a reproductive disorder. How long since she has laid an egg?

How long have you had her, and has she ever laid for you? Are you in the US? You may want to try worming her. In the US, you can get SafeGuard or Panacur horse paste. Dosage for a silkie would be 1/4 ml per pound of weight and repeat in 10 days. Valbazen is also good to use instead. Her poops look greenish which is common when not eating well.
