Please help! Chicken wont eat! Think it has worms.

Yesterday, we noticed one of my black sex-link hens in the nesting box not moving and kept shutting her eyes. When I picked her up, I noticed her bottom stomach area was swollen. I though it was egg bound, but couldn't feel an egg. So now we think it has worms. She is sleeping inside and is continuing to sleep her day away. She is drinking water, which we put Wazine into it. We also treated the rest of the flock with it. She won't eat at all! What should I do? Wait another day? She is very weak as well. When she poops, its all runny with a mixture of browns and whites.
Please help! She is the hen that is at the top of the pecking order! Hate to see her go!

I think you would see the worms in her feces if she was that infested. You might want to take pics of the diarrhea & post in the disease section for members to see. Might get better answers there. Good luck with her.
