Please help! Chickens are lethargic, possibly ate mushroom

wild. I didn’t realize it was a mushroom at first. She’s incredibly off balance and won’t eat.
Do you happen to have a picture of the mushroom or know what it could be? Treatment can vary between species, but I would recommend adding vitamins/ electrolyte supplements into their water and keep an eye on their eating, drinking, and pooping

Just got her to eat a little watermelon. She’s walking but very unstable. Won’t take water.

I hope she’s on the up and up!

She's doing great now! Just as dramatic as ever. Thank you again! I thought chickens were good at avoiding dangerous things, so just a good reminder to be careful. I cleared a lot of brush around my house to make sure I'm aware of all they're ingesting.
