Please help Chickens tilted head lethargic

Hello I have had one hen die she had acted strange flipping over herself and tilting her head I gave her vitamins and antibiotics two weeks in she died now I have a rooster doing the same thing. Does anyone know what this is? I have had chickens my entire life and have never encountered this. Please help I don’t want to lose any more of my birds.

Could it be Marek’s? I’m pretty sure the nervous system is involved, that could account for flipping around. I hope you get some answers
