I would probably hold off on the ACV while I was giving vitamins. I don't know that the ACV would wipe out the vitamins, but it's possible. ACV just gives a little probiotics which is good but can be skipped now and then. Or, if you are using infant vitamin drops you can put 2-3 drops on the side of her beak; if she drinks them, that's enough.
I believe worming is ordinarily done twice a year. If you have a protocol like Wazine, then Epinrex a few weeks later, she should be free enough of worms.
