Please Help. Did I Mess Up?

This morning the one's eye was a tad more puffy and seemingly itchy.

I also got some permethrin dust that will arrive with the liquid corid today. Saw 2 bugs shaped like small grains of rice go across the young roo's wing last night.

Have corid coming today but I'm honestly not convinced it's cocci.

I ordered some tylocin in hopes its a respiratory issue. Problem is I don't know when it'll arrive. Fingers crossed they hold on till I get the treatment!
Good, I'd try the Tylosin as well.

Since they are in a new environment, on new ground and not feeling up to par, it would not hurt to start them on Corid to give them some help to build resistance to the strains of Coccidia found in their new home.

For swelling eyes that seem itchy, I'd rinse with saline, then put a dot of Terramycin eye ointment or Original Neosporin in the eyes to help soothe and hopefully fight any brewing infection.

Still waiting for the Tylocin to show up. Ugh... no ETA date.

Currently treating with VetRX.

One pullet has this new sore on her mouth. And runny, slightly puffy eyes.

Do the best you can.

For eyes, rinse with saline, then put a dot of Terramycin eye ointment or Original Neosporin in the eye(s).

The sore on the beak, does it go inside?

She has some mottling on the comb and it's hard to tell, but does she also have a few scabs or lesions on the comb? I'm thinking Fowl Pox, but could be wrong. IF those are lesions or scabs, I'd preemptively start treating those with Iodine to help dry them up.
Same with the visible sore on the wattle, paint it with Iodine.
Take care not to really disturb the scabs or pick them off. They still may get worse looking if its Fowl Pox, but hopefully it will cut it down a bit.

Make sure the water stations are cleaned daily.

Hopefully you can get the Tylosin soon.

Is she eating o.k.?

I traded my 4 nearly laying aged hens for 4 two month old lavender orpingtons. That was on 8/3.

Got the lavenders home and put them in the coop my 4 prior girls used. Didn't clean anything out.

Now 2 of my 4 lavenders are tired- a lot. Fall asleep standing up, keep one eye closed more than the other. But not constantly closed. Have intermittent liquid poo and one has a slightly puffy eye.

Started them today on VetRX as in I put some on all their eyes and under the wings. Also put electrolytes in the water. Boy did they drink and drink!

Treating them all as they're all a bit more tired acting than what healthy 2 month olds should be. Regularly thru the day they're all in the coop napping. What really alarmed me today tho was after a nap, all but 1 left the coop to forage. One pullet stayed in to sleep. After I fed her 2 live june bugs tho, she left to join her flock.

Thinking about starting them on corid. Should I? Is that too much to do?
They're not droopy in the tail and dont have blood in the stool. But something is definitely off.

Please advise. These are my dream breed chickens!

ETA- the previous owner of the lavenders did say something about them being slightly sick acting, but that he treated them with oregano and basil. Hard to understand exactly as there was a language barrier. But they have seemed to decline since being in my care.
I'd recommend not putting the vetrx on their eye. I accidentally got some in mine, and it burned like crazy. I put it under their eye and in their mouth. Sorry if I read your post wrong

I can't take them back unfortunately. They're either going to make it or not with me.

There is no sneezing or gaping going on. This morning the one's eye was a tad more puffy and seemingly itchy. But they're in decent spirits otherwise.

I also got some permethrin dust that will arrive with the liquid corid today. Saw 2 bugs shaped like small grains of rice go across the young roo's wing last night.

I appreciate all the advice! All I can do is try my best to get them healthy again. I wanted to add 2 blue star pullets around the same age as these guys to complete the flock, but definitely think thats a bad idea. Even once these get healthy- assuming they do.... I'd still be reluctant to add more birds.
IF it's a respiratory problem, the Vet RX should help. I've used it plenty of times
