Please help! Do I need to put coconut oil on pip?

Pics
As of right now, I have at least 1 other living chick that has pipped into the air cell, but I don't know when that happened. It was moving around a lot several hours ago so maybe it was getting into position to internally pip? I don't know. I'm guessing I should give this one a chance to hatch as natural as possible and stay back? If not, please let me know.

Yeah, let this one try on his own first. Has your zipped one hatched?

Why is this one chipping a round hole? It's still active but that's odd. It's pipped at the very bottom of the air cell and then just chipping in a circle.

It probably will need help, due to the turning incident. Its trying to zip but is unable to. Just open up all of the air cell, so you can see if there's veins and/or yawning. Put coconut oil on it to turn it transparent.
Any pics of the serama chick? ❤
