Please help does hen have inflated butt?

I have a Rhode Island Red who’s going through a bad molt she’s lost a lot of her feathers especially on her butt and is barely growing them back now. She’s been acting a bit weird with how she sits, she eats fine she’s active like her sisters and I believe she lays eggs but she will hop up and roost lot. today I found her like this she was in a half squat anyone know why? She’s never sat like this before I also added some photos of her butt if anyone can tell me if its normal or inflated.

She is being feather pecked/plucked by her flock mates.

Definitely being feather plucked by the rest of your flock. You can tell where the feathers have been pulled out.
