I think what I would do is get a napkin and grab it out for her, and check on her later to see if there's any more.

Maybe the wet form of Fowl Pox? I've only seen pictures, but it looks similar.

Looks like canker (trichomonosis) to me. Info and treatment options in this link, metronidazole is available without a prescription as a fish medication:
