Please help! Duck beak ripped up

I will keep trying to post my drakes before and after pictures.Its not working for me in this post. His was split and inch back at the front with two big punctures on the side. It's like if your nail bed is still there , it will grow back. I was surprised by the lack of info on the internet about duck bill injuries when it happened to my boy. Many places I read said they don't grow back which is not true. I lucked out finding a vet and need to send her a card for helping us.

I'm hoping my lucky ducks beak grows back. He's doing real well with drinking and eating today.

We have a duck whose beak has been really ripped up. She was fine last night when we put her into the coop, and no one else is hurt or missing. So far everything I've read says to take her to the vet, but the only one actually open today doesn't take ducks. What can we do? The tip is missing, and we can't tell if she is able to eat or drink. She tries, but we aren't sure if she's getting anything.

Did it ever recover? I just had a similar issue recently!
