Please help. Duck eggs day 28.

Also, how long should I leave the 2 ducklings in with the eggs. I'd say it's only been about 12 hours or so that they've been fully out of the shell, the bottom of the shell was on the for a good bit. Thank you again!!
I would take them out next time you open to wet membrane
I never leave mine in that long
As long as they are running around and stable on the feet I take them out in pairs so nobody is left alone

Wanted to update. The rest have all hatched on their own except the two that started the wrong way, not through the air cell. I can still see breathing. These two only have air holes, no widened hole. No signs of zipping. The rest are all doing great. 11 active ducklings and two eggs...
Thought if they're not out by tomorrow am I open holes wider...?

Thanks again for everyone's help and support!!

Wanted to mention, I did use the Vaseline two or three times with a q tip as membrane started to stick to them a little. Seemed to work well.
Definitely will resist temptation to intervene next time now that I know what to expect. It was definitely more stressful and complicated for us and the ducklings on the ones we interfered with the most.

24 hours.
can you take a picture of the holes so I can see
My wrong end babies took 54-60 hours so it’s a long wait
My first time I opened the hole bigger but not crazy big and I was having ti moisten the membrane constantly
This last batch I had I only opened them a little about the size of a pencil eraser and I didn’t need to moisten anything
I kept humidity higher 70-75 jumped when some hatched and this kept them all from drying in the egg
When I did do the full assist the membrane was perfect not dry not to wet
I was also able to candle the top of the egg and look for veins this way I knew when I could help
I have added pics
The small hole was first safety hole second was as big as I went till hatch time

Hard to see any veins. The breathing seams rather fast. I'm hearing a whistle like breathing/chirp and some scratching.

The last picture
Baby seems to be in the correct end
I wouldn’t enlarge the hole yet or you will be constantly moisturizing the membrane
For candling looking for veins at hatching I don’t look through the air cell as we normally do but I place the light on the side of the egg behind the beak I can usually see in
Not always but usually
