PLEASE HELP!!! Duck hatched on 26 and is not doing well PLEASE HELP!!!

I have a cayuga duck start to pip on day 24. The duck has been hatching now for over 3 days. I helped him the last part because he was so weak. But when he got all the way out I noticed that his belly is EXTREMELY distended and I was wondering what to do/expect from him. I am an absolute wreak right now. Please help!!!!

Go to this it might help. I personally never had this problem but I hope it helps a little. You will probably need to take it to the vet for antibiotics and it seems like an infection.
