Please help! Duck with severely injured toe!

I haven't researched antibiotics enough as @casportpony has to know which one would be best for this situation, hopefully, she will give her input soon. Since he is not eating it may be a good idea to start weighing him on a food scale, so you can track his weight daily.

I'm not sure what you're keeping him in now, but he needs to be in a warm/dry/quiet area inside the house, on soft bedding, and of course, keep food/water in there with him.

Thank you for all the help you guys. Unfortunately as I was sitting with him he passed away. I feel awful. I am just extremely sad. I thought that he was getting better but today he took a turn for the worse.

Thank you. I appreciate all the help you’ve given. I just feel really bad. I wish that I would have gotten him to the vet in time. I’m at least grateful that I got to be with him when he passed.
