PLEASE HELP!! Duckings Swollen Necks

I have 10 two week old ducklings. Their necks are swollen up, it is not just the crops. They are kept in my garage there are no bees. I think that their crops have become impacted. I do not know what to do. I've been looking everywhere to try to figure out what to do. I put an extra waterer in the brooder, took away their food for now and gave them some yogurt. I gave them a little olive oil. (Those are the suggestions I found online) I went to check on them a few mins ago and one looked dead. I picked it up and tried to massage the crop/neck to clear it up. They are also "drooling" off and on. They are eating and drinking. Any suggestions??

Did you know that different birds have different shaped crops? Ducks loook like the one on the left:

Ive had other ducklings and they've never had crops swollen like this. It is definitely not normal looking. Its so swollen I can see the skin.

I think they did over eat. I cleaned out their brooder today.They had ate all the food that was in there, so I just filled it back up. I left the house and when I came back it was empty again. I used an idea I saw on pinterest to cut a hole in a jug for a waterer, to keep the brooder cleaner. So im afraid that they may not of been able to get enough water (even though I had seen them drink out of it...maybe it was too difficult)....either way, I put my old store bought waterer back.
