PLEASE HELP !!! Duckling looks like stomach is on outside of body!!!

So my duckling is doing much better it looks like most of it has gone down there's still a little strand of hard stuff stuck to him but he is trying really hard to get up on his feet. Today would have been the day he needed to start eating and drinking how should I go about this because hes not on his feet yet

It might take a while for them to start walking until they're a couple of days old
