I had a serama baby hatch this morning under one of my hens and it's feet and toes are curled making it so the chick can't walk. Do i treat this like spraddle leg? taping the toes and bottom of feet so they lay flat instead of curled up. What could have caused this? As you can probably tell this is the first time ever having a chick hatch out like this. I know time is of the essence so I would like to treat the chick ASAP. I have waited months for a successful serama hatch and i would really hate to loose this little gem. TIA for any help.
