My first chicks started hatching today. They have been under a broody hen. Well the hen stepped on the first baby chick and it now has a surface wound on its head. It hatched around 4:30 pm (about 5 hours ago) and it still can't stand up. It's been trying its hardest but can't seem to get up and walk. The mother hen is letting two other chicks stay under her but not this one so I put it by itself under a heat lamp. What can I do to help its wound and also to help it stand up and walk?
