Please help first timer and sick baby

Something is wrong with one of my girls. The other girls are excluding her and it seems like she either has something wrong with her wing or foot. She's not walking around and when i try to get her up she kind of spreads her wings out and falls over. If I bring her to food and water she'll eat and drink. Her crop is full. No pasty butt. Got vaccinated before I got her. I have three silkies and a mystery meal maker. My plan is to figure out if it's a wing or foot issue, try to splint it, then nurse her to health. I have save-a-chick, honey, scrambled eggs etc. I can give her. My concern is IF I can figure out what is wrong, I know she needs to be separated, but her being alone is not ideal. Do I run to tractor supply and grab her a friend? Or do I take my chances with her being in a separate brooder alone? Here is a video to show.

How old is she? Can you get a picture of her foot? Did you hatch her yourself, if you did how long had she had this issue?

She looks like her leg may be splayed in one of be pics, is this the case?

So, I believe its her foot. I made a splint based off of a suggestion on YouTube. She seems to be doing a little better with it and can move a little now. She's 1 week old. I recieved her from a hatchery at a day old.

For anyone reading this for their own knowledge. I ended up and made a stint for her legs and made sure she could walk, eat, and drink water and I waited to see if she could do. Don't assume. I then separated my large chick and got two other large chicks and my local store that where closer to her size. Since my other three are silkies I didn't want them to get trembled. I do not know what type of bird my yellow larger gal is, she was a surprise meal maker, and when I asked meyer hatchery they said they had a list put couldn't tell me exactly. I believe she is a leghorn and is 3 weeks old. My silkies were born last Monday so they are a week old. She's just too large and I'm kind of upset with the hatchery about this but it is what it is. Now since I've separated the gals and made sure my tiny one had her splints, she's doing alright. Its been 24 hours. I am making sure she is eating and drinking every few hours too. I plan to remove the splint in about 48 hours to see if she's doing better. I'll continue to keep them separated until they're all big enough to be around each other.
