Please HELP free range problem

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CHICKENS...

I have a question I have 15 chickens and I want to let my chickens free range in my back yard during the day and coop them during the Night. However my dogs like to roll in the chicken poop And eat it. Is there a way to stop this behavior Or I'm I going to have to pen a area off area just for the chickens.

My dogs don't bother my chicken at all but they love to eat the poop and roll in it so I have to bath them all the time. Eeeww gross

It is irresistible to most dogs. Other then separating them, I don't know of a solution.
