Please Help! Guinea hen can't stand up.

It is very possible that she has a deficiency but I suspect that she either has a calcium deficiency or the inability to properly process calcium due to a vitamin D deficiency. My recommendation is to separate her from the flock but in a manner that the flock can still see her and she can see them. Get some liquid calcium usually available at a pet store or online. Follow the directions for mixing it in her water. If she has a calcium deficiency using the liquid calcium is the fastest way to get her calcium levels back up.

If she doesn't start improving in a few days, you might want to try giving her some vitamin D also.
I couldn't agree more. I hope she gets better.

I've also heard that giving them yogurt or something similar that has some sugar in it will get their energy up.

Well I got her stool tested and no parasites. So I took her to the vet and they had no idea what was going on, but said it looked neurological. When they started talking about x-rays, blood work and surgery I think my face went white. I had also mentioned that I had 8 males and 2 females and was concerned about what would happen this spring when they started mating. So one of the techs, who has a farm with chickens, ducks and turkeys offered to adopt both females. This was great news because not only will the sick bird get top of the line vet care, but there also won't be so much fighting this spring. It really couldn't have worked out better. Thanks for all your help up until this point.
