Please Help!! Head and neck injury

I can trim the feathers, the brown by her mouth is blood that she goes crazy if I try to clean, that has been that way since I found her. I got a little yolk in her and soaked cotton balls in peroxide 3 times, 2 times yesterday and once this morning. She is resting but will hang her head after awhile. My husband will bring yogurt home. Is her eyes staying closed normal for something like this?

Too late now, but, don’t use peroxide..dermatologists have determined it kills healthy, healing tissue too much, that’s why you see “not cytotoxic” on the Vetericyn products..and from personal experience the only serious infection I ever got was when I used it on my own foot..I had to have surgery and IV antibiotics, a simple staph infection because the peroxide caused it not to heal..
