Please help. Hen can't move.

Hello. Our hen is about five years old. She won't eat, and can't stand or walk. I was able to get her to drink a little. She seems alert. Thank you

Look her over carefully for any other symptoms. Consider taking her to a veterinarian as the possibilities are very numerous.
