Please help! Hen has been in shock for several hours- labored breathing

Did she have labored breathing before you gave electrolytes? How did you administer them?
I would try holding a cup up to her beak and see if she will drink on her own. If you do have to syringe fluids into her, then read the article below and study the photos.
She may have aspirated fluids?

She has bruising near her abdomen - you see green or bluish colored skin or she's bloated? How do you know she has bruising? IF she's bloated, what does it feel like...air under the skin or fluid??

Hi, I pulled back her feathers and it’s more of blue/purple bruising than green. She made it through the night and panting has stopped. No bloating, but tender to light touch

Give her plenty of rest and because she was bullied by other birds, you might want to consider moving her to another place for a time. Glad she's doing better!
