I found a quail who was alive yesterday and had a small dot of blood visible, but nothing more, dead in the coop! there is another with a similar injury that is alive still, looks like half its butt/ side area is missing! I don't know what to do. there was some clear ish slimy looking stuff dripping out of the alive one. in its own bin, with electrolyte water. it runs like the others when I pick it up, but otherwise seems sleepy. what do I do now?

Dead one for reference. Live one’s injuries are similar

The picture is pretty blurry, but it looks like she was attacked. Can you get some clearer pictures of the alive one?
Flash turned off and on. Still seems able to poo. Is housed with other quail, some male, as well as chickens who are the same size, because they are younger

It’s hard to tell from your pics how much damage was done. Have internal organs been damaged and is the vent gone? If so I’m not sure about the survival chances. But to start I would trim away some of the feathers to properly clean up the wound. Rinse with saline solution and then spray with something such as chlorahexadine or vertericyn. After than pack with a triple antibiotic ointment with no pain relief in it. Immediately treat for shock by offering an electrolyte solution with some sugar added or room temp Gatorade. You have may have to gently dip the beak in to get her/him interested. Separate from the others and keep somewhere warm, dim and quiet to recover. Protecting from flies will be very important.

I think it’s a girl, because even hurt, her hatch mates were trying to breed with her. She is alone, with some electrolytes. She has a vent still, and seems able to poop, but her poop is white and runny.

Good suggestions to follow. ☝️☝️

It's good that you've separated her, the wound needs a good cleaning up, do check closely for maggots in the wound.
