Okay so i got 2 ducklings 3 days ago and one of them got sick. It keeps sneezing and breathing open mouth because its nostrils are blocked with snot. It cant sleep well because of this and i am really worried and have no idea what to do. I tried the warm bath a few times but its just getting worse. It eats and drinks water normal but its just not comfortable. Please let me know if there is something i can do . Its the yellow one.

You could try clearing the nostrils (called nares) yourself with a damp, warm wash cloth.

Also, you might want to go to the Learning Center (click the brown box near the top of the page) and read about caring for ducklings.

Here's a link: https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/duckling-care-brooder-ideas

Ducklings should always have access to crumbles (their food) and water. They need just enough water to dip their entire heads in order to clean their nares and eyes. Not so much water that they can get in for a swim. Babies should never be in water unattended.

Get a little dish about 2 inches deep, put lukewarm water in it and a few drops of apple cider vinegar. Let the little one dip its bill in it - it will be okay to drink - but the duckling needs to be able to clear its nares by shooting water through them. The ACV is a bonus mild tonic and germ killer.

Setup a head washer. It is described in the first post of this

What is the temperature in their brooder? Do they have access to food with water 24/7? I would also get either Gro-gel or Sav-A-Chick for them - just one or two doses for now.

There is a possibility this is the beginning of a respiratory infection - a good duck vet is best. So I don't want to scare you but want to let you know it could be serious.

I took her to vet yesterday he gave her some antibiotics and vitamins. Today is the second day of her treatments and seems like she is doing much better i hope she will recover soon.
