Please help, I have a poorly girl fluid in abdomen and being sick!! :(

Hi everyone. I have a 2 and a half year old Colombian black tail that isn't well. She has a swollen abdomen and after reading a lot on here it looks like I need to drain it to help her out and make her moee comfortable. She is dribbling fluid and also yesterday when I picked her up there was fluid coming from her mouth (as though she was being sick). I have read on her about draining her abdomen but I am worried I will do it wrong or just her. Can someone please take me step by step through how i do this please. Thank you so much

Are you sure it's her abdomen and not her crop?
