She is 1 and a half years old. But the reason I didn't think she was molting was because it started last winter???

You can spray her bald spot with Blu Kote or use Black Salve to make her seem less attractive to peck (or Rooster Booster Pick No More Lotion). These stain.

Pinless peepers (chicken blinders) for the pecker, if all else fails.

You can get Blue Kote at tractor supply or any feed store usually

Yes Blu Kote has gentian violet in it.

Rooster Booster brand black salve and Blue Kote are sold in the feed store and online when I googled it awhile back.I like jefferslivestock.com, flemingoutdoors.com, and amazon for online stuff usually. Sometimes even the hatcheries sell some stuff too.

Randall Berkey (sp?) is another but I haven't tried them. Calvetsupply is good for some things- I have ordered from them.
