I'm sorry that you are up to your ears in unwanted roos!
To be honest, I'd stewpot the roo that is human aggressive. He'll only get worse, and I personally would feel bad offloading a mean bird on an unsuspecting person (especially if they might have small children that could be harmed by the roo).
Craigslist has been a really good resource that I've been very successful with re-homing my roosters. Post a picture, and if your roo is nice and calm, and hand-raised, people go nuts for that too. Make sure to post him for free! People love free!
