PLEASE HELP!! i think my hen has ascites

Hello I think my hen has ascites. she is a 1 yr old silver line!
yesterday she vomited a clear jelly like substance! and she has a bluish/purple comb! she is lieing down a bit in the day but she isn't panting and she hasn't go a bloted tummy!

Ascites is generally associated with a penguin stance, puffed up and her abdomen feeling like a water balloon.

How does her crop feel?
Any sign of discharge from the nostrils or eyes?
Has she by any chance eating anything moldy, rotten, toxic?

Her crop feels normal, she hasn't got any discharge coming from anywhere. i dont think she has eaten anytheing moldey or rotten she free ranges tho. she has been off couler since she split her vent wich i brought her in for it to heal. she just stands hunched up all the time. :-(

i don't think she has it. i looked at her this morning and her comb was red. mabey she has a tumor :-(

What does her poo look like?

she has been wormed recently. Her poo is a bright yellow i am not sure if thats right. she is fine today and she is ppecking around she seems to enjoy wet wether!!

Thank you so much for your help. she has been ill for weeks now but she has sudenly purcked up now!!! strange thing!!
