I feel kind of silly responding to your question, (considering that I have a sick chicken), but if I were in your situation, I would feel her crop. Is it soft and squishy, like a balloon? If so, she may have sour crop. If this is the case, angle her head at a 60 degree angles to vomit her. Put her head below her back to ensure that she doesn't aspirate. Message her crop upward. If nothing happens, it may be impacted crop, (which is similar to sour crop, only a hard and larger crop.) If vile liquid comes up, it's definitely sour crop! Please get back to me so I can try and help! In any case, it would be a good idea to start her on probiotics (as with the watery poo, it appears she has diagnostic problems.) Probiotics encourage the growth of healthy gut bacteria. I hope I'm not too late in response, and that you find this helpful!
My chicken behaved similarly, and I'm taking her to the vet today as her situation is doing worse. Also, how does her comb look? Is it purple-ish and wilted?
I hope your hen does better!
