please help id breed and gender

This chis is from the elemntary school. By the time I got it was too old to sex by the wings. It has a white spot on the back of its head that is fading. Any guesses?

Or a cuckoo marans...also (I am by no means an expert on this, so hopefully somebody else will chime in), its comb looks quite large, so maybe a roo.

The legs are the wrong color for a Marans (grey).

Definitely a Barred Plymouth Rock cockerel. A Dom would have a Rose comb and A Marans would have pink/slate legs.

That is not a pure barred rock cockerel. Mixed with something, but is a boy for sure.

Barred rocks will have better barring than that, even poor quality ones. Mixes can have light barring as well if the father is a barred rock and the mother is not. I have a bunch of barred rock mixes myself.
