Please help identify the problem with one of my girls (Pictures attached)

She has missing feathers right under her neck. I see skin. Been going on for awhile now and can't figure out what is wrong with her. Otherwise healthy and still getting daily eggs.

Anybody know what is wrong with her?

I see the mark you are talking about, but it just looks like molt to me. (or possibly picking from another chicken). but check the bird completely for mites and lice just to be on the safe side.
the best place to start looking for bugs is under the wings and by the vent. some severe mite cases will show up on combs of roosters. mites are tiny bugs about the size of a dot made from the point of a pen, they will be red or brown in color and almost look like "coop dirt", remember dirt doesn't move on its own. lice are a little bigger, both can be treated with seven dust, use it on the birds and all over the coop. be careful not to get it in their eyes (dusting the coop I got one in the eye and she lost her eye from it).
if you don't see any bugs, and non signs of cuts or scrapes, there isn't anything to worry about as far as I can tell.
